1. Digital Products

All digital products (downloadable files, digital prints, design files) are non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed.

2. Physical Products (Scarves, Bags, Postcards, Prints, etc.)

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product significantly differs from the description

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging should be included when possible

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

• Reason for the return
• Photos of the issue (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

• Incorrect size or fabric choice (please check size and fabric options carefully before ordering)
• Minor color differences due to screen settings
• Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost
• In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping
